Camper Preferences Email

You've added all your camper/guardian details to Camptivities and you're ready to send out the email requesting camper preferences!

Setting Up the Email

To begin crafting the email you wish to send to families, you'll select 'Camp Settings' on the bottom left of the navigation window. From there, select Camper Communication

A new window will open that says Camp Communication - Camper Preference Email Text. This is where you'll add any additional information you want included in the email. Click preview email to see an overview before it is sent. Be sure to save once you finish. 

Sending the Email

On the same screen, just below the Camper Preference Text box, you'll see a drop down list with each of your summer sessions. Select the session you wish to send the email to and simply select, Send Camper Emails. Each parent will then be sent the email you previously crafted containing a unique link for selecting their activity preferences - each camper has their own link so if a family has two+ kids enrolled, they will get one email per kid. 

Send Camper Emails

If you are missing any camper preferences you can resend the email using the steps above. The email will only be sent to campers missing Activity preferences.
