Group Scheduler: How To
When you have small adjustments to make in your schedule, the group scheduler is where you want to go. Here you can quickly delete or add an activity to any group's schedule. Simply select the session, week and group. You will then be able to view that group's schedule for the week on the grid.
- Deleting a Scheduled Activity: to the right of the activity name, you'll see a small green pencil. After you click on the pencil, a new window will open. In the bottom right corner you can hit the green "Remove Activity" button.
- Adding a New Activity: Now you can delete an activity and replace it with a new activity in the same step. Next to the activity, click on the green pencil button. In the new window, you can choose a new activity from your "Primary" or "Secondary" lists of activities. Hit "Save Activity". Once this action is taken the scheduler will do a "Pre-check" to provide you with any Warnings before you decide to "Continue" or "Cancel". Please select "Continue" to override the scheduled activity or fill the empty activity slot with the new desired activity.
- Adding a Note to an Activity: Once again, click the green pencil next to an activity. A new window will open where you can add a note, which will be visible on all reports. Make sure to hit "Save Note" to complete this task.
