How to Make A Quick Activity Switch

It's the middle of July and you've found your groove. All of sudden the kiln is broken and you are forced to close the pottery studio until it can be fixed!! This document will walk you through the steps to switch out every group or camper scheduled to visit pottery and swap in a new activity. 

Deleting an Activity from Schedules

1. Open the Batch Scheduler
   1. Mode: "Batch Delete"
   2. Select a Session
   3. Select the Week
   4. Activity: select the activity you wish to remove from schedules (i.e. pottery)
2. Select all groups to ensure you delete all the periods with pottery throughout the week
3. Select the days you need to remove it from the schedule
4. Click "Save" at the top right corner

Filling Schedules with new Activities 

(be sure to deactivate the activity you don't want scheduled by switching it to "manual" in the activity settings page.)

1. Open the Auto Scheduler
   1. Select a Session
   2. Select a Week
2. Click "Auto Schedule"
