Utilizing the Batch Scheduler

The batch scheduler can be used for a variety of scheduling needs. The batch scheduler is divided into three modes - Batch Schedule, Batch Delete, and Rainy Day Schedule. We broke down all three scheduling types below.

Batch Schedule

The batch scheduler comes in handy when you need to schedule multiple groups, campers or divisions for the same activity at the same time. Start by selecting Batch Schedule on the drop down under mode. Next you'll select your session, week, and activity you would like to batch schedule. Moving to the right, you have the option to select specific divisions you want to schedule or simply select the groups/campers you wish to schedule. Next check off which day this activity will be taking place - you can select multiple days if needed. This will generate the day schedule assigned to the selected day. Simply check which periods throughout the day you wish to schedule the select activity and hit assign activity.

Batch Delete

Batch delete works in a similar fashion to batch schedule, however you are deleting a specific activity instead of scheduling it. This tool comes in handy if an activity is unable to run as scheduled and you need to replace it with something else in everyone's schedule.

Rainy Day Scheduler
