Same Activity, Multiple Locations?

Does your camp have multiple locations for the same activity, such as three gaga ball pits or two swim docks? Using activity codes allows you to ensure the same group is not scheduled for the same activity twice in the same day, but allows multiple groups to be scheduled for the activity at once (at different locations).

When setting up the different activities, the first two letters/numbers in the code should be the same, with the third (last) digit being the differentiating factor.

Example: three Archery range locations

  • Activity Name: Archery-Pool | Activity Code: AR1
  • Activity Name: Archery-Hill | Activity Code: AR2
  • Activity Name: Archery: Creek | Activity Code: AR3
