Activity Eligibility

Do you have activities that are only offered to select groups, divisions or campers? With the simple click of a button you can note activity eligibility for each per activity.  

When you open activity settings and select an activity, to the right you will see a list of each group, by name. The check mark to the right of their name indicates they are eligible for that particular activity. Unchecking the box will make them ineligible for that activity, thus removing it as an option for their schedule. You can rest assured that any activity a group is not eligible will never appear on their schedule when running the auto scheduler.
