Creating a Day Schedule

Take a moment to step back and think about the various daily schedules you have throughout your summer program. Does arrival day look different than day two? What about a special event day, such as the 4th of July or a Carnival? Day Schedules is where you put together and store all the different variations of your daily schedule you use throughout the summer. Whether you use a particular schedule once, or six times a week, it is important that you create a day schedule for each.

Steps to Building a Day Schedule:

1. Select Day Schedules from the settings bar on the left side of your screen.

   

2. To add a new Day Schedule, click the orange + button

   

3. Name your day schedule (i.e. regular day, carnival, backwards day, etc.)
4. Is this your default 'day' during the summer? If yes, check Set as Default Schedule.This will become your default schedule unless otherwise changed in Weekly Schedules. 
5. Add each period during the day:
   1. Name
   2. Start Time
   3. Type of Scheduling (camper, group, auto)
6. Save
